The Polish authorities, however, refuse to sign or ratify the Convention prohibiting the use, production and stockpiling of weapons of this type, the Polish factories still produce it, and the Polish army buys. We consider on the reasons of this situation and talk about international efforts to eradicate this type of weapon.
