How Do You Prevent Stomach Feelings On Drops

TREK 2.1 and everything is clear.

on Sunday for the first time in my life is fastened to the bike and started the adventure on two wheels. It was interesting. Strange feeling, as it is pinned to "permanent" shoes to the pedals and you need to create some kind of automatism of traffic with unexpected situations, such as red light, and entered the car in the least expected time ... On Sunday I made a total of 20km bike and 12km half-hour later, after running in the forest hills.

on Monday decided to go the long ride. Fired the bike and I went to Gdynia by Bieszkowice, or 35km in one direction. Along the way, scored two of the soil, of course, in the middle of the street at the intersection, which had quite a funny look, but arrived in one piece. It was not nice, but quite hard because the route ran through the mountains and into the wind, so I had a healthy shoot. One way I rode 1:47 and 1:33 the second and hurt me bad ass:) I did a total of 70km ... which, as for the second time rowerowania is neither healthy nor normal.
